Kindergarten to Grade 12

Beaming with pride, Grade 3 students from Elmer Gish School in St. Albert display the floating birds’ nests they designed as part of APEGA’s first virtual Science Olympics. Students were challenged to solve a real-world problem: build a safe home for birds facing habitat loss. Delivery of our Kindergarten to Grade 12 outreach programs moved to virtual learning in 2021. Our goals remained the same as always: to introduce inquisitive young minds to exciting and impactful careers in engineering and geoscience, nurture their curiosity, inspire their creativity, and build their confidence.
