You can’t improve what you don’t measure
To know how we’re doing as an employer, we have an outside organization administer and analyze a confidential staff-engagement survey. In 2021, 98 per cent of staff completed the survey and reported an overall engagement score of 83 per cent (the industry benchmark is 77 per cent).
