September 25 Trio ToUché
Founded in 2022, the adventurous Trio ToUché features pianists Christopher Dillon, Eva Mengelkoch and Hsiu-Hui Wang in performances of repertory for six hands at one piano that include transcriptions of treasured classics alongside jazz-inspired and contemporary works. Trio ToUché appears on recital series in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area, at house concerts and at Towson University, where they serve as an ensemble in residence.

September 11 Amit Peled, Cello Grammy-nominated cellist, conductor and pedagogue Amit Peled is acclaimed worldwide as one of the most exciting and virtuosic instrumentalists on the concert stage today. Besides his active solo career, he teaches at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Md., and is the founder and artistic director of Mount Vernon Virtuosi.
October 2 Madeline Miskie, Myofascial Release Dr. Madeline Miskie is a lifelong learner, voice educator, yoga educator and performer specializing in the interconnectedness between the mind, body, breath and voice. As both a voice and yoga professional Madeline brings a breadth of tools to help individuals expand physical awareness, calm the nervous system, release excess tension and optimize posture so they can move toward greater efficiency, ease and authenticity in their vocal production.
September 18 Seth Kibel, The Kleztet Seth Kibel is one of the mid-Atlantic’s premier woodwind specialists, working with some of the best bands in klezmer, jazz, swing and more. Wowing audiences on clarinet, flute and saxophone, Seth has made a name for himself in the Washington/Baltimore region and beyond. He is a featured performer with The Kleztet, Bay Jazz Project, Music Pilgrim Trio, Daryl Davis Band, The Natty Beaux and more, and the winner of 28 Washington Area Music Awards (Wammies), including “Best World Music Instrumentalist” (2003–11) and “Best Jazz Instrumentalist” (2005, 2007–8, 2011–14). His most recent recording, “Clarinet, Without a Net,” was released in June 2026 on the Azalea City Recordings record label. He’s won numerous prizes in the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest (MASC), including the Grand Prize in 2016 and a Gold Prize in 2022. When he’s not performing, Seth lectures on music history for numerous institutions, including the Osher Lifelong Learning programs at Johns Hopkins and Towson Universities.
October 16 Nakia Verner, Soprano
South Carolina native Nakia Verner is praised for her sumptuous sound and spontaneous passion in recital performances and operatic portrayals which have delighted listeners from San Francisco to Rome. Her notable roles include Madama Butterfly, the First Lady in “Die Zauberflöte,” Magda in “La Rondine” and the title role of Suor Angelica. Verner has also sung the role of Fiordiligi in “Così fan tutte” and the title role in “Ariadne auf Naxos.” Nakia is a celebrated soloist
and recitalist and is currently a professor of music at The Catholic University of America and the chair of the Voice department at the Levine School of Music.
