PROMOTION AND/OR TENURE REVIEW
Promotion from Instructor to Assistant Professor
The materials to be submitted include:
1) Record of Action form. 2) Department Director’s recommendation in letter form, and approval signature on Record of Action form. 3) Department ARPT Committee Chair’s approval signature on Record of Action form (not required for Volunteer and Visiting Tracks). 4) Current curriculum vitae of faculty candidate. The required format can be accessed on the DFCM’s intranet https://fammed2.uc.edu/default.aspx 5) Faculty are encouraged to submit materials/copies of published papers, abstracts, presentations, and other items related to scholarly and research efforts. (limit to 5 scholarly works) 6) Letters of recommendation – at least three (3) letters of recommendation from individuals who are in a position to judge the quality of the candidate’s activities are required except faculty members appointed for a one-year term.
