COMMUNITIES Trex is committed to strengthening the communities where we operate by investing time, resources and expertise to create meaningful, lasting impact. Our community engagement brings our corporate values to life. We support the communities where we operate through charitable giving, sponsorship of local programs and company-led volunteer initiatives, while also empowering employees to champion causes that matter most to them. Together, these actions help us build trusted relationships and contribute positively to the places we call home. LOGO USAGE

Community Philanthropy

Employee Volunteering

volunteering also helps advance our employees’ professional and leadership development goals. Together with our employees, we directed more than $262,000 in donations to 72 nonprofit and community organizations during 2025. Our support benefited community organizations specializing in hospice care, education, workforce training, food insecurity, emergency response and other good causes. Our 2025 recipients included food banks in our operating locations, youth literacy programs and numerous youth sports and athletic organizations. Trex also continued support to NW Works, a nonprofit that bridges the employment gap for people with disabilities and individuals with barriers to employment.

Trex and its employees take pride in giving back to the community. We support a variety of local organizations through charitable donations and volunteer service projects. We direct corporate philanthropic grants toward the most pressing needs in each community in support of our vision to enhance people’s lives. We encourage our team members to share their valuable time and talents as volunteers with organizations that are helping their communities thrive. All Hands on Deck is our volunteer initiative designed to make a positive impact in the communities Trex calls home, engaging our team members to come together and volunteer for local nonprofit organizations and events that need timely help. In this way, our team members provide meaningful help to people in need, environmental organizations and a variety of other important causes that affect the areas in which we operate. In 2025, Trex received a Greater Good Award as Large Business of the Year from the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber. This award recognized our commitment to the community, sustainability and philanthropy.
