COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

 Collaborated with the Kennedy Commission to launch the first-ever Orange County Affordable and Fair Housing Months.

 Monitored the City’s affordable housing properties on an annual basis to ensure compliance with income restrictions and property maintenance.

 Completed the application process for $5.1 million State allocation of Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) grant funding to implement community programs to serve people who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness.
