PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS Shotcrete Out... CCX™ In! Shotcrete lining of a critical roadside channel in California showed signs of degradation. We introduced CCX-M™, a revolutionary solution to address the failure of conventional shotcrete and liner that had been used. CCX-M™ not only addressed the immediate issue but did so with significant carbon reductions, paving the way for a more sustainable solution. The ease of installation added another layer of innovation, reducing project timelines and minimizing disruptions to the local community.
Before
Titan took the lead in organizing a special product installation demonstration to give county/city officials, engineers, and contractors a live opportunity to see a CCX-M™ application.. This event wasn't just about unveiling a product; it was a demonstration of innovation and progress, showing that sometimes, the future of construction is as simple as rolling out a canvas. The reclamation project itself was a testament to the effectiveness of CCX-M™. A total of 37 rolls were used to transform roughly 1,440Lin.Ft. (427m) of deteriorating channel lining, breathing new life into the infrastructure. Titan, once again, proved that with the right solutions, we can not only fix problems but do so with an eye towards sustainability, efficiency, and community harmony.

‘Mining’ Our Business
This fall, Titan was selected as the main supplier and installer for a project at a mine site in Northern Canada. We successfully installed approximately 360,000ft² (33,000m²) of HDPE geomembrane with a geotextile cushion for lining a spillway and dam raise. The site conditions were challenging, with frequent rain and snow. There were also rock blasts occurring every two days, which required us to deploy a crew to repair damage caused by these blasts. Despite these challenges, as part of our commitment to quality, our team drove past the status quo by taking additional measures to ensure that the geomembrane was welded to required standards and seams were tested accordingly.
