Averitt 2025-2026 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Averitt is committed to ethical business practices and to maintaining a workplace where integrity and respect are foundational. Our Code of Conduct prohibits corruption, bribery, fraud, money laundering, and anti-competitive practices. This code – together with our Conflicts of Interest Policy – is acknowledged by all associates, vendors, and contractors, and reinforced through regular training. We also take steps to ensure our external partnerships align with our values. Through a sustainability survey and by incorporating Averitt’s Code of Conduct and human rights standards into our contracts – including recently executed agreements with major vendors – we work to ensure our supply chain reflects the same environmental and ethical commitments we uphold internally. To further protect our people and resources, our Profit Protection and Fraud Prevention Policy outlines a clear, zero-tolerance approach to fraud, theft, and corruption. Associates and vendors have access to a confidential, 24/7 toll-free hotline for reporting violations, with the possibility of a reward for verified reports. We also support organizations that align with our commitment to protecting people and strengthening communities. Averitt is proud to sponsor Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), an organization founded on the belief that every truck driver can play a crucial role in the fight against human trafficking. Ultimately, our policies reflect a deep commitment to transparency, accountability, and trust – both within our walls and across our partnerships. Through ongoing training and open communication channels, we foster a workplace where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to do the right thing.
