We refer to these efforts as Delivering More – coming together as a team to do good in the world. It means bringing compassion, care, and support to our neighbors, our communities, and our planet. That spirit comes to life most vividly through Averitt Charities – a company-wide effort that represents the very heart of Averitt. From Averitt Cares for Kids to local outreach projects, our associates prove that generosity isn’t a special event – it’s part of how we work, live, and lead. Since 1986, Averitt has contributed more than $18 million to charitable organizations. In 2025 alone, our associates donated $1,400,001 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through Averitt Cares for Kids – a program that funds our nonprofit organization, Averitt Charities, through associate contributions and company matches recognizing our associates’ volunteer service hours and honoring our associates’ achievements, life events, and milestones. We’re also proud to have been named St. Jude’s “Employee-Giving Organization of the Year” four times: 1999, 2010, 2020, and 2024.
