THE

Bullseye! Spot on sport

FIT FOR SPORT Some sport coaches from ‘Fit for Sport’ came to spend the day with year 2. We did archery which was very exciting and some of us even got a bullseye! We also played dodgeball which really got our hearts pumping - we all got very sweaty and out of breath! The parachute games were great fun even though the wind kept blowing the parachute high up into the air. It was a good job that we were strong enough to hold it tight. The whole day was amazing, just amazing. Thanks to Charlie Saunders 2PB for the story. DUATHLON On Saturday 23rd of June Alex, Harry, Keavagh, Kiernan, Magnus, Max and William successfully completed a duathlon in Sutton Park and Fergus and Ralphie a triathlon with an open water swim. The friends were absolutely brilliant, they were determined, competitive and eagerly cheered each other on. An amazing achievement and we were very proud of their positive sporting attitude. Thanks to Max’s Mum for the story. DANCEATHON Talented Abbey dancers performed at the Crescent Theatre, Birmingham alongside one hundred Unique Dance Company dancers. To a packed audience capacity of 336 the troupe performed two amazing routines!
