Sports Days! Top Teams
B.C.S.G On Friday 29th June 2018, a team of Year 1 & 2 children and a team of year 4 children travelled to Wolverhampton University to compete in the annual Black Country School Games event. Earlier in the year, the Year 1&2 team qualified for the school games in Multi Skills and Year 4 in Tri Golf. Both teams not only represented our school, but also the borough of Sandwell. Proudly wearing their Sandwell green t-shirts, the teams set out to try their very best and have fun. It was a very successful day. All the children had a wonderful time competing at such a large event! KS2 On Wednesday 27th June 2018, all of KS2 travelled to Sandwell Academy for their annual Sports Day. All pupils competed for their house - wearing either red, yellow, blue or green to represent Morris, Jordan, Moore and Seaton. After a fun day of competing, cheering, singing and supporting, the results were finally announced this week. The Winner of Sports Day 2018 is MOORE!! Congratulations to everbody in Moore! KS1 On Friday 6th July 2018, KS1 made the short trip across the road to the Juniors for their Sports Day. The pupils took part in 8 different activities all to earn points for their class. The activities were run by Sports Leaders from years 4 & 5, who were superb throughout the day! They made sure all the pupils in year 1 and 2 had lots of fun and enjoyed their sports day. They also helped some of the teachers add up the scores correctly! It was a fantastic day with lots of smiles, lots of cheers and lots of fun all around! Well done to all pupils in KS1 and a massive ‘Thank You’ to the Junior Sports Leaders!! Sports day Winners 2018 are...... 1L & 2H!! Thanks to Miss Hinton for all the stories.
