L’O RIGNAL
The public will have a chance to participate in the formulation of a cultural plan for
Prescott-Russell.
A series of consultation meetings has been organized as part of the process to define
a vision, objectives and actions for cultural development in the future. Meetings will be
held with both cultural stakeholders and the general population. The consultations will
be open to the public, and participation of the regional population will play a key role in
defining the plan and the cultural vision of the counties.
The schedule is as follows:
The people of East Hawkesbury and Champlain are invited to a session at the
Champlain municipal hall, Pleasant Corners Road, March 7 at 7 p.m.
For Alfred-Plantagenet and Hawkesbury, the meeting will be held at the Plantagenet
hall March 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at 7 p.m. at the Hawkesbury town hall.
For Casselman and The Nation, the meeting will take place at The Nation town hall
in Casselman Friday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
