It might not be possible to handover responsibility for every outstanding action at the Social Impact Handover . These however, can be picked up during the Collaboration Kick-On where future collaborations and actions can be agreed.
Take stock and handover
After taking stock of the social impacts achieved so far, work collaboratively to pull together any outstanding social impact actions into a Gameplan Social Impact Handover Plan . Options available for taking things forward will vary and will rely on the availability of suitable resources (people, financial) and local infrastructure . Once identified, responsibility for delivering these actions will need handing over. The handover plan itself will need a home so that someone is responsible for following up on whether things get done. The Medium to Long- term Evaluation Plan and SPICED, SMART and Storied Social Impact Indicators and Evaluation Plan are both opportunities to follow up on how things are going with implementing the Gameplan Social Impact Handover Plan and for sustaining social impacts.
