He collaborates with owners and designers to clarify project scope, prioritize project goals and develop cost-saving and value-adding strategies. He develops the project budget to assist owners in evaluating feasibility and identifies necessary due diligence requirements to evaluate existing conditions, solicits bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, negotiates agreements, coordinates distribution of construction documents, and issues owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Harford Mall Renovation and Lifestyle Center - Bel Air, MD: $14.8 million, 52,000 sq.ft. interior common area with 35,000 sq.ft. lifestyle addition. Renovation and expansion of 500,000 sq.ft. enclosed regional shopping mall. Wacker Chemical Corporation – Charleston, TN: $40 million, 324,000 sq. ft. (Office Building, Fire Station, CS Reaction, Control Center, HCL Generation, Maintenance Shop, Equipment Cleaning and Distribution Center Buildings). These buildings included large mechanical and electrical packages, super flat floor slabs, high performance coatings, installation of owner furnished equipment and deep foundations. Brookfield Square Renovation - Brookfield, WI: $15.9 million, 92,000 sq.ft. renovation of interior common area. Renovation of 1.1 million sq.ft. enclosed regional shopping mall; interior renovation of mall concourse, food court, and rest rooms; exterior renovation of mall entries and hardscape areas. Carmike Cinema - Morristown, TN: $8.3 Million, 42,000 sq.ft. construction of a new 12-screen movie theater adjacent to the occupied shopping mall, including a connector corridor tied-in to the mall entry and the expansion of the parking lot.
