As Level II Superintendent, Ryan will work with the Lead Superintendent for specific construction activities, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed; work is proceeding on schedule, within budget, and is conducted in a safe and professional manner.
Relevant Experience City of Chattanooga/Volkswagen - Chattanooga, TN: $60 million, 275,000 sq.ft. EMJ is acting as Construction Manager for the BSUV plant expansion. This project consists of 100,000 sq.ft. body shop expansion along with the addition of loading dock reconfiguration. In addition a technical center expansion for finished cars. This space is 25,000 sq.ft., but is located at the existing car exit of the plant. The final part of this expansion is a 150,000 sq.ft. assembly warehouse.
