(NGKF) has orchestrated leases totaling 97,770 s/f in- cluding new tenants, lease extensions and expansions at the Continental Plaza office complex. “Continental Plaza is a pre- mier class A office property in Bergen County and the repo- sitioning campaign is already a success,” said NGKF’s Blake Goodman . NGKF’s Tim Greiner and Blake Goodman, the leasing agents for Continental Plaza, recently secured two new long- term tenants. Regus signed for 16,406 s/f, with Jones Lang LaSalle representing the tenant. Also, Real Estate Mort- gage Networks took 16,290 s/f in a relocation and expansion move for the company, which was represented by Studley . U.S. Bank extended its lease long term and took an ad- ditional 10,895 s/f for a total of 33,535 s/f. NGKF’s Merrill Roth represented the tenant in that transaction. In addition, TGI Friday’s extended its lease of 9,430 s/f for 10 years and a number of other leases totaling 22,109 s/f were signed. n BergmanREGroup leases 11,269 s/f in Florham Park FLORHAM PARK, NJ — Bergman Real Estate Group announced two long- term lease signings at Flor- ham Park Corporate Center, the firm’s 226,000 s/f, class A office property. The Clarus Group has signed a lease for 5,375 s/f at 25 B Vreeland Rd. Jones Lang LaSalle associate director VP Fred Hyatt represented the tenant, while Colliers International NJ executive managing director Bryn Cinque and managing director James Bailey rep- resented the landlord. Additionally, Carlin & Ward, P.C. signed a lease re- newal for 5,894 s/f. Bergman Real Estate Group executive director of leasing &market- ing John Osborne repre- sented the landlord, while CBRE senior VP Jeremy Neuer , VP Peter Shikar and senior associate R obert Norton represented the tenant. n
