We hope you enjoy your stay with us. For your comfort and safety and that of the other guests of the hotel, the following policies of the hotel must be strictly followed by each hotel guest:

1. Misconduct and misuse of our hotel rooms and facilities is prohibited. We do not allow parties of any kind to be held in the rooms. All parties must be held in the hotel convention center. 2. Due to the state law and local fire ordinances, no more than five (5) registered guests are allowed per room, seven (7) registered guests allowed per suite. 3. Drug use is strictly prohibited. 4. Alcohol use by minors is strictly prohibited. 5. Loud noise, loud music, horseplay, etc. is not permitted. 6. Smoking is not permitted and subject to eviction and a $250 cleaning fee 7. Registered guests will be responsible for any and all damages to the room or adjustments made for guest recovery in surrounding rooms The above policies will be strictly enforced by our management and security teams. Anyone not abiding by these policies will be evicted without a refund. We are strongly supported by the Police Department in doing our part to protect the comfort of all our guests, our assets and the safety of all the people concerned. I have read and understand all policies and agree that my rental of a hotel room is conditioned upon abiding by the policies of the hotel. Should there be any damage or extra cleaning for which I am responsible, I agree that an appropriate amount will be added to my credit card or will be payable in cash by me. By signing this form, I consent to any action which may be taken to evict me from the hotel, if the above policies and procedures are not followed.
