Conduct evacuation drills to ensure all Associates respond properly to their assignments. When operations are restored, assess the evacuation process and make improvements as may be appropriate for your hotel.
FLOOR PLAN (SAMPLE BELOW) Your Crisis Management Plan must include floor plans of the building. These may be a full set of blueprints or floor plan sketches like the sample below. The Fire Control room should have Fire Department documents as required by local ordinance.
