&/#3&'r#3*&'4 ATV ACCIDENT An Alfred man was taken to hospital after an ATV accident over the July 20 weekend in North Dundas Township. Officers with the SD&G OPP detachment went to the scene of a single-vehicle collision on McIntosh Road, in North Dundas, early in the afternoon of July 20. A 48-year-old man from the Village of Alfred in Alfred-Plantagenet Township was thrown from his ATV after it went into a ditch. He suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment. Toutes ses aiguilles étaient devenues brunes et sèches en raison de la chaleur estivale et du fait qu’il n’y avait plus assez d’espace pour son tronc et son système racinaire sur le site du parc. Un nouvel arbre de Noël sera installé au parc à une date ultérieure. The park, with its lush covering of grassy sod and the ornamental fountain, topped with a tiny inukshuk, has proven a popular photo site for tourists, and also a restful place for residents and visitors wandering around the village centre during various summer festival events.
