It’s imperative for people like us to participate in panel discussions to make our voices heard. Also, I have a background in economics and finance so I also try to be an informative resource for my company and my in - dustry. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My daughter Aiva. She gives every day her all with- out being weighed down by yesterday or worried about tomorrow. I need to be more like her.
