Dry Needling, also known as Trigger Point Needling, is a cost effective and efficient technique for the treatment of pain and discomfort. A small needle is inserted into muscles, ligaments, and tendons to decrease muscle tension, increase mobility and reduce pain. Dry needling encourages the body’s ability to heal, therefore reducing pain.
