This guide has been created to support Mentors involved in the West Yorkshire CIPD Branch Mentoring Programme. It aims to be a simple yet effective set of resources to support those taking on the role of Mentor in the Mentoring relationship. The guide contains guidelines, supporting documents and developmental resources that will help develop a sound relationship/ partnership between Mentor and Mentee. It also offers support and guidance to facilitate a Mentor's professional development. Our thanks go to all the volunteers who have have given their time and effort to develop these resources.
