O’Boyle Ltd. “This enabled the construction of retaining structures to facilitate a roman bath, cabanas, saunas, hot tub, heated beach area, bars and relaxation areas to deliver a fully decorated, serviced and landscaped Spa area, which, in our opinion, is unique.” Works were often invasive and had to be undertaken during the challenging pandemic period with its associated Covid-19 restrictions. Works also had to be handled very sensitively as the hotel and the general public emerged from these restrictions.
Commenting on the end result, Declan said, “The most satisfying aspect of the complete project was to take on board and fully deliver on the concepts and design intent of our client, channelled through the architect and project management team. “The Spa itself is a fantastic facility and Hugh J. O’Boyle Ltd is extremely proud to have been an integral part of the team that, despite numerous challenges from the pandemic and supply chain difficulties, were able to deliver alongside the design team and with the assistance of our loyal subcontractors. It was a privilege for us to work on this project.”
