Have a cup of energy!

G reen tea is much more than your average cuppa, especially when it is combined with the restorative Ayurvedic herb, ashwagandha, and the legendary “Queen of Herbs” Tulsi (Holy Basil). well documented that populations of regular green tea drinkers experience far lower rates of some cancers and less cardiovascular disease.
