Ardmac was appointed as the Main Contractor to deliver a full office interior fit-out for Scotiabank, a leading Canadian multinational bank, at their new office location on Level 2 of a multi-tenanted building in Dublin 2. The aim of the project was to create a modern, functional, and efficient office space to meet Scotiabank’s specific requirements. The Level 2 space was previously occupied by other tenants, necessitating minor reconfiguration to suit Scotiabank’s needs. The demolition work was minimal, with the main focus on enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the space. Ardmac’s work included the installation of new partitions to create separate workspaces, alongside the fitting of new ceilings and finishes throughout the office. The project also involved the installation of new doors, frames, architraves, and skirtings, adding an elegant touch to the office while improving security and functionality. New floor finishes were installed to enhance the space’s overall appearance and provide a more comfortable, durable flooring solution.
To further improve the environment, new acoustic barriers were installed in the ceiling and floor zones, significantly enhancing sound insulation and contributing to a quieter, more productive workplace. Additionally, new furniture was integrated to complement the updated design and support functional workspaces. Ardmac also made modifications to the existing supply and extract ventilation system, relocating waste systems to accommodate new tea stations. Electrical works were carried out to modify existing power and data fittings and adjust lighting to suit the new office layout, completing the transformation into a modern, dynamic office environment for Scotiabank. “I wanted to express my appreciation for the tremendous work your team did on our new office.
