CASE STUDY Genesis Aviation, Central Park

Client:

Genesis Aviation

Location:

Block I, Central Park, Leopardstown

Project Size:

10,000 sqft 12 weeks

Duration:

Ardmac was appointed to deliver the full internal fit- out of the seventh floor of the newly constructed Block I in Central Park, Dublin, for Genesis, a leading global aircraft leasing company. The project created a modern, functional, and brand-aligned headquarters to support Genesis’s international operations. The new office layout includes a reception area, cellular and open-plan offices, conference and meeting rooms, a canteen, a wellness room, and various support spaces. The design focused on combining functionality with aesthetics, incorporating muted tones and subtle colours that reflect Genesis’s corporate identity. A key feature of the fit-out was the use of bespoke joinery, particularly in the ceilings and wall paneling throughout the reception and circulation areas, adding a refined and welcoming feel to the space. High-end finishes were applied across all floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces to ensure a premium look and feel throughout.

Ardmac’s scope included the full formation of all rooms and zones, along with new ceiling and lighting systems. Acoustic performance was a priority, with the installation of specialist materials to enhance sound absorption and reduce noise transfer—critical for the collaborative and confidential nature of Genesis’s work. Mechanical and electrical services were comprehensively upgraded, with new plant and equipment installed to meet the demands of a high-performing, energy-efficient office environment. Despite working within a newly constructed shell, Ardmac maintained close coordination with the base build team to ensure seamless integration and programme delivery. The result is a sophisticated, high-quality workspace tailored to Genesis’s operational needs and corporate brand.
