Shroomfest donates $3000 to WDMH
Les nombreuses années d’engagement de trois Filles d’Isabelle du Cercle Ste-Jeanne d’Arc d’Embrun ont été reconnues récemment, dans le cadre d’une cérémonie à Ottawa. Once again, Shroomfest has made an incredible impact throughout our community – including at Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH). On June 8, the WDMH Foundation was pleased to be one of 23 local charities to benefit from this annual men’s night out. $40,600 was distributed and $3000 was donated to the Foundation. Joe Brennan, WDMH Foundation BoardMember, was on hand to accept the donation. “What I particularly love about Shroomfest is your commitment to many different local charities. The Winchester District Memorial Hospital Foundation is honoured to be one of them. This gift will support patient care.
