Here are seven types of prompts to try. 1. Generate keywords or topics Ask ChatGPT to create lists of keywords or topics for marketing campaigns or business processes. You might ask for keywords when writing blog posts or have ChatGPT compile a list of keywords for your applicant tracking system. Below is an example prompt for brainstorming keywords: I’m working on a blog post about mattresses for a business that sells mattresses and beds. The post is about finding the right mattress for your sleeping position (side sleepers, back sleepers, etc.). Please return a list of up to 15 long-tail keywords from which I can choose when creating this post. I would like long-tail keywords I’m going to provide a job description and job posting. I would like you to review any information you have about CVs people might write for this position. After that, can you return up to 30 keywords you would expect to find on CVs relevant to this position? 2. Get help writing emails With the right prompts, ChatGPT can help you write job descriptions, emails and other content. It can be helpful if you write a lot of emails and want to speed up the process. You can use ChatGPT to create a first draft of an email before editing it yourself. Here’s an example prompt for drafting an out-of-office email: Can you please write a short email informing customers I’ll be out of the office from 1 June to 19 June? Include that we value them and let them know who to contact if they need anything.
