Palm Beach Chic Party Start off the season with a night at Palm Beach! Friday, 3 June

Swim For Fitness

Sarah Hodgkins and staff are organizing group lessons. If you have not signed up online, you can do so at the Aquatics Reception Desk on Memorial Day or anytime after. Group Lessons are scheduled to start the week of June 20. The group lesson will be scheduled both before 11:00 AM weekdays and in the evenings and weekends provided there is enough interest.

Learn to Swim

Beginning Monday, 6 June, the Swim for Fitness Training Program will commence from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the Olympic Pool, using the 50 Meter course. We will start Monday-Friday June 20th. See website for details.

Yellow Ribbon Lap Swim supports ANCC’s Yellow Ribbon Golf Tournament! Friday, July 8th 5 AM till noon Calling swimmers of all abilities, here’s your chance to help our countries’ heroes! Swimmers gather pledges in either a lump sum or per lap swum from family and friends. Last year, more than 75 swim team members raised more than $8,000 for this effort! Aquacize Classes Start Monday, 13 June Suzy Thompson will return as our water aerobics instructors to provide training and instruction again this summer. Classes will run Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9:30-10:30 AM. We will provide classes through mid September, based on participation. Click here for more details.

Parents Meeting Sunday, 5 June 5:00-7:30 PM In the 5 Star Ballroom Meet the Coaches and Aquatic Committee Team Representatives! Learn about the Teams, how to help and volunteer, the CCSDA (the league we are in), Championships selection process and more!

Swim & Dive News Please check out the reference guide on the website. Swim practices start in Arlington on 31 May from 4:00-5:30 PM. Dive practice from 5:30-7:00 PM. Swim practices start in Fairfax on 1 June from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Multi-activity swimmers are welcome! Head Swim Coach Ian Handerhan and staff will offer afternoon swim team practices from 4:00-5:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the competitive season! This will work to accommodate those swimmers in Sports Camp, or activities that preclude them from our morning practices. Head Dive Coach Anita O’Quinn offers flexible practice times - talk with her if you have conflicts.
