83 RD GRAND CHAPTER MEETING: BUSINESS SESSION HIGHLIGHTS
Delvin Joyce: I am a financial planner with Prudential ® . We are extremely excited to be a part of this great confer- ence. Prudential ® , since 1875, has been protecting and serving the lives of people and helping to enrich people financially. At our session Wealth and Legacy, we're going to talk about how we can change our story. Because, as you know, we have a rich history as African Americans from a social justice standpoint. But that has not necessarily translated into generational wealth and financial legacy. So our goal is to change our story. Prudential ® is very excited to support Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Kizart : The Senior Lounge for Kappa Alpha Psi ® is a model by which AARP ® partners with other members of the Divine 9. Rawle Andrews is a regional vice president for AARP and Frank Jenkins is the husband of Silhouette Jo Ann Jenkins, CEO of AARP ® . Frank Jenkins: AARP ® is very, very proud to be a gold sponsor for the 2017 Conclave. I am delighted to be here today to represent AARP ® where my wife Jo Ann Jenkins is the CEO. When I was leading the Guide Right Pro- gram for my chapter, I learned how dedicated we as Kappas are and committed to influence the path of young men and young boys. Similarly, AARP ® works positively to impact the quality for those 50 and older and their families. AARP ® is an organization of 38 million members with offices in every state. They are laser focused on being active participants at all levels. Its primary focus is on issues like health security, financial resilience, and personal fulfil- ment: the big three--health, wealth and self...As we work together to make a difference in the next century and beyond, AARP ® and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity will continue to work together to ensure people 50 and over can age with dignity and empower them to choose who they want to age.
