THE LUCKIEST SIGNS THIS WEEK: GEMINI, CANCER AND LEO.

WEEKLY RECIPE

Sausage risotto

Week of June 7 to 13, 2015

ARIES You make an important decision after careful consideration. You may not always be the most patient of people, but you must follow all the necessary steps in order to realize a long-term project. TAURUS Your plans may change at the last minute. Your friends could cancel a rather strange activity, but you’ll ac- tually enjoy the unexpected peace and relaxation. GEMINI You organize an event that brings together lots of people. Thanks to you, this housewarming or birthday party is a huge success. CANCER You have access to information regarding a training course that could lead to a fairly spectacular promotion at work. LEO If you have young children, you may be asking yourself about activities that will keep them busy during the summer holidays. Take the time to choose a day camp that suits them. VIRGO You’re fairly successful, at work or elsewhere, because you take the time to negotiate and ask questions when concluding an agreement. LIBRA Whatever the project, you ab- solutely have to take the time to settle all the little details and orga- nize all the preparations that are necessary for realizing a brilliant achievement. SCORPIO There are other, more proud Zodiac signs, but it’s important for you to be respected by others. You manage to distinguish yourself and may even make others admire you. SAGITTARIUS A birth could be announced in the family. If you’re planning on moving, you’ll need to revamp the décor so it’s more in line with your image. CAPRICORN You speak your mind, and you may also be the recipient of some im- portant secrets simply because you’re a very discreet and trust- worthy person. AQUARIUS Your comings and goings may take slightly longer this week. You may have to take on the role of taxi driver more than once. Arm your- self with a good map or a GPS, and note down the directions before you leave. PISCES If you need to make some major purchases, take the time to think about them for more than a day prior to the transaction. You may even be able to negotiate a better price.

Among hundreds of risotto recipes, this one stands out because it’s cooked in the microwave. INGREDIENTS: • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Italian rice, uncooked • 60 ml (1/4 cup) broken, uncooked spaghetti • 1 Italian sausage, mild or hot • 15 ml (1 tbsp) oil • 1 small onion, finely sliced • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed • 125 ml (1/2 cup) quartered mushrooms • 2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded • 7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) chopped parsley • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) basil • 250 ml (1 cup) beef bouillon • 60 ml (1/4 cup) parmesan cheese • Salt and pepper
