COMMONWEALTH DIGITAL DIPLOMACY FORUM Advancing Digital Diplomacy in a Hyper-Connected Commonwealth The CTO officially launched its CTO@125 Anniversary year with the inaugural Commonwealth Digital Diplomacy Forum held in London with the support of the UK Government. The Forum brought together over 50 High Commissioners, Ambassadors, senior diplomats, policymakers, technology leaders, and heads of international organisations to examine the growing intersection between diplomacy and digital transformation. Discussions explored digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence governance, digital public infrastructure, internet governance, and the role of multilateral cooperation in shaping the future digital order. The event positioned the CTO as a trusted platform for strategic dialogue on digital diplomacy and reinforced the importance of collaborative engagement in addressing global digital challenges.
