The CTO convened the Liaison Officers’ Consultative Meeting to strengthen coordination between the Secretariat and member organisations while reviewing the evolution of the organisation’s capacity-building and development programmes. The meeting focused on aligning priorities for 2026, improving communication mechanisms, and reinforcing the strategic role of Liaison Officers in driving member engagement and programme delivery. Discussions also addressed the future direction of CTO training initiatives, governance reforms linked to development programmes, and opportunities to strengthen collaboration among Commonwealth countries in addressing emerging digital policy and regulatory challenges.
