The CTO's Capacity Building for Development Impact (CBDI) training programme has been significantly enhanced to better respond to the evolving priorities of its members and the rapidly changing digital landscape. The upgraded programme now offers a broader range of practical, industry-relevant courses delivered through flexible online, in-person and hybrid formats, covering emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, satellite technologies, cloud computing, blockchain, digital transformation and spectrum management. By aligning training with the specific needs of governments, regulators, policymakers, telecom operators and other stakeholders, the programme is equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to address real-world digital challenges. As a result, members are strengthening institutional capacity, improving policy and regulatory frameworks, enhancing service delivery, and accelerating their national digital transformation efforts while benefiting from shared expertise and best practices across the Commonwealth.
