plans to redevelop 51,500 s/f of retail space located in the east wing of Cedarbrook Plaza. The Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU) had al- ready signed a long-term lease to take 4,800 s/f and Empire Beauty School will take 9,100 s/f in the redevelopment area. The renovations will include new storefronts for eight new stores in space that was previ- ously occupied by a Toys R Us store. Nassimi expects to com- plete the redevelopment by the end of this year. Commenting on the redevel- opment program, Cedarbrook plaza leasing manager, Daniel nassimi said, “Having recently completed leasing of the East Cedarbrook out lot expansion, we are now looking to make some significant upgrades to Cedarbrook Plaza. We are cur- rently marketing spaces for up to 38,100 s/f in the redevelop- ment area”. Bordering Philadelphia, the LMS Commercial RE leases 8,104 s/f and $4,000 sale HAnOVER, PA — Dave nicholson and Ryan Myers of LMS Commercial Real Es- tate (LMS) have arranged the 4,550 s/f lease of 100 Eisenhow- er Dr., Hanover (shown above). Yorktown Pools and Spas will occupy the space. Deans Auto Sales will also be moving onto one acre of the property with an office space. Nicholson and Myers represented the landlord in the transactions. In a second transaction, My- ers represented the landlord in the 1,562 s/f lease of Young Manor, 118 Carlisle St., Ha- nover. Peoples Bank will oc- cupy the space. The 23,836 s/f building has many private offices used for service, office, or retail. In addition, JeremiahHam- ilton of LMS represented the tenant, Precision Wireless/Ve- rizon Wireless at 2-18 Newport Plaza in a 1,800 s/f lease. 250 North Reading Rd. has recently sold for $450,000. Lehr Dental, the buyer/tenant, will be occupying the former ReMax office. Hamilton represented the buyer. n
