Sommaire : Le titulaire doit gérer le programme RAI. Il est responsable de la planification, de l’évaluation de la qualité de la documentation, de la conformité des données avec les normes et de tout suivi quant aux résultats des données. Il doit fournir le support informatique de ce logiciel et la formation nécessaire à tous les utilisateurs. Il peut être appelé à supporter l’équipe du personnel des soins infirmiers pour toute tâche relevant de ses compétences ou toute autre tâche demandée par son superviseur pour le bon fonctionnement du service. Exigences : • Détenir un diplôme en règle d’infirmier auxiliaire autorisé avec le Collège des infirmières et infirmiers de l’Ontario. • Détenir au moins un an d’expérience de travail comme infirmier auxiliaire autorisé dans le secteur des soins de longue durée. • Détenir au moins deux ans d’expérience de travail à titre de coordonnateur de projets dans un milieu où sont donnés des soins de santé. • Détenir des compétences manifestes en leadership et en communication. • Détenir d’excellentes connaissances du système de classification du secteur des soins de longue durée (RAI- MDS) et des logiciels MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook ainsi que Med e-care. • Être bilingue, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Atout : • Détenir de l’expérience en gériatrie et en soins palliatifs serait un atout.
Summary : The incumbent shall administer the RAI program and is responsible for planning, assessing the quality of documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and all follow-up on results of the data. Must provide computer support of this software and the necessary training for all users. This position may be called to support the nursing staff team for any task within their competence or any other task requested by the supervisor for the efficiency of the service. Requirements: • Must have a RPN certificate from the Ontario College of Nurses. • Have at least one year of work experience as a registered practical nurse in the long-term care sector. • Have at least two years of work experience as a project coordinator in a health care environment. • Demonstrate leadership and communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of the long-term care sector classification system (RAI-MDS), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook as well as Med e-care software. • Be bilingual, spoken and written.
