• Removal/disposal requirements • ALL connection requirements: o Electrical o Gas

o Piping o Water o Controls • Justification written clearly for someone unfamiliar with the project Poorly completed RFCs slow the entire capital process. RFC Justification — What You Must Explain Your justification must clearly describe: 1. What the project is 2. Why it is needed 3. Why replacement is recommended vs repair 4. How the replacement matches the performance of the existing equipment 5. Whether all required installation components are included
