The season kicked off with an unforget- table New Year’s Eve Dance, and I was truly hon- ored to help host the event through Trailer Estates Ocean Air. The turnout, the joy, and the generosi- ty of spirit exceeded anything I could have imag- ined. It was a wonderful reminder of what makes this community so extraordinary.

The consistency of sales I’ve experienced both over the past year and right now speaks directly to ongo- ing, solid buyer interest. What defines the current market is balance. Sales continue to occur across the pricing spectrum, con- firming that demand remains broad-based. At the same time, buyers have a healthy number of choic- es, which naturally creates a more price-sensitive environment. Homes that are well-positioned, thoughtfully updat- ed, or priced appropriately continue to move, while premier garage homes and newer construction re- main especially strong performers, often selling quickly and holding value well. One notable trend in today’s market is the number of higher-end homes coming onto the market at the same time. Homes with garages, standout features, and newer construction have continued to sell at premium prices, confirming that demand for quali-

I’ve been actively showing homes, writing con- tracts, and taking deals all the way to closing — in fact, I currently have four pending transactions as I’m updating this report.

Her eyes darted to the nightstand, where her phone sat in the glow of the early morning light. She lunged for it, snatching it up as she bolted. Fumbling with the screen, she tapped the last number dialed. Ellie. Not waiting for an answer, Kat stumbled through the back door, feet barely touching the patio as she ran. Vaulting over chairs, dodging flowerpots, she sprinted toward the trailer two doors down, the cold still cling- ing to her skin like an unseen residue. Her knuckles rapped frantically against the door, the pounding echoing through the qui-

The first thing Kat registered was the cold.
Not the crisp morning chill, but an unnatu- ral, creeping cold that slithered over her skin.
Then—hands.
A pair of invisible hands clamped around her throat. She jolted awake, instinctively clawing at the crushing grip, but her fingers met nothing. Yet the pressure was real—squeezing, suffo- cating. And then, she saw it. A figure loomed over her, its form flickering like a shadow caught between worlds. It pinned her down, pressing the air from her lungs. Her pulse pounded in her ears, her body jerking against the mattress as she fought to break free. The room warped—darkened—the shadows stretching unnaturally against the walls. With a desperate lurch, she flung herself sideways, tumbling off the bed. The moment she hit the linoleum floor, it was gone.
The air in the room settled.
The weight lifted.
Kat gasped, her chest heaving. It had been

The door flew open.
Ethan stood there, sleep-mussed but alert, his blue eyes sharp with concern as he took her in—wild-eyed, breathless, trembling. Without a word, he reached for her, steady- ing her as she collapsed against him.
