“I was afraid that I was going to short- change the family (even the dog) when I took the Fast Track challenge,” Sallie recalls. “In life, I have always felt like I have fallen just short of the mark. I’m always good but never great. With the recent Fast Track, I finally felt I met the mark. It was because I had clear goals and was clear on how to get there. I discovered I could trace stress to not doing some- thing I needed to do that day. “Accountability released me from the guilt of hearing a no . I was moving so fast I didn’t have time to pause and feel guilty! A no simply meant a yes was coming. It telescoped time.
