Chicken with honey and rosemary
T his easy and delicious recipe is a great way tomake use of the less expensive parts of a chicken. Ingredients (For 6-8 people) • 2 kg chicken pieces (approximate weight): drumsticks, thighs with or without back, skinless bone-in breasts

Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C). 2. Melt butter and oil in large ovenproof pan. 3. Sauté onionwithout letting it brown, then brown chicken pieces on all sides. Add salt and pepper.
4. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, bring honey, lemon juice and rosemary to a light boil. 5. Pour honey mixture over chicken and bake covered. After an hour of cooking, turn chicken pieces and cook uncovered for 30 minutes (total cooking time: 1.5 hours).
• 1 large onion, chopped • 1/3 cup liquid honey • 3 tbsp butter • 3 tbsp vegetable oil • Juice of 1 lemon • 1 tsp dried rosemary • Salt and pepper
