Clarence-Rockland’s two English high schools will have a huge presence at the eastern regional track-and-field cham- pionships this season. Rockland District High School (RDHS) has a 19-member team for the EasternOnta- rio Secondary School Athletics Association’s (EOSSAA) meet in Brockville after all its athletes qualified with top-four placings at the Prescott-Russell regionals last week. St. Francis Xavier High School in Hammond has almost as big a team going to EOSSAA with 17 of its athletes qualifying at Prescott- Russell. «We were fifth overall as a school,» said SFX Coach Scott Stoqua, «and the girls fi- nished second overall for their group, which is excellent. RDHS track coach Karen Kryviak is satis- fied with the overall performance of her ath- letes at the Prescott-Russell regionals. RDHS finished fourth of eight teams in the overall school points tally and the entire teamqua-
