"We’re incorporating an acre-sized organic garden in 2026, and in the fall, we’ll be hosting farm-to-table meals," she shares. "We’ll also have sunrise yoga beginning towards the end of the year." But her commitment to the community extends far beyond the development’s gates."We’re sponsoring a reading program at the local elementary school," Sue says. "Ten percent of our profits will be donated back into the school system to help fund literacy programs." And when disaster strikes, she doesn’t hesitate to help. "During the recent floods, I spent hours delivering meals throughout eastern Tennessee with World Central Kitchen," she recounts. "People lost everything, and it was important to me to be there and help." Looking to the Future
