While Moody Moon Ridge is still in its development phase, Susan is already thinking ahead. "There’s potential to acquire more land adjacent to our current site, which would allow us to expand by about 30%," she says. "And if that doesn’t happen, I’d love to recreate this model somewhere else in Tennessee." With the state’s natural beauty, favorable tax conditions, and increasing popularity as a relocation destination, Susan envisions endless possibilities. "Tennessee is one of the most financially advantageous states to live in," she notes. "People are starting to realize that, and I believe opportunities for developments like Moody Moon Ridge will only grow."
