PURPOSE OF MEMORANDUM To provide an update on the status of Francis Scott Key Bridge (FSKB) funding and federal reimbursements. BACKGROUND A report summarizing available funding sources, costs incurred, costs invoiced to date, pending invoices, and balances available for remaining costs is provided to MDTA’s Executive leadership team on a recurring basis for review and oversight. Information presented in the report reflects project-to-date fiscal activities that have occurred with respect to the FSKB Rebuild project. SUMMARY MDTA has developed a reporting mechanism to provide MDTA’s Executive Leadership Team with timely information regarding fiscal activities that have occurred with respect to the FSKB Rebuild Project. Any changes or improvements to the reports requested by the MDTA’s Executive Leadership Team will be addressed as the rebuild project moves forward. In addition, the report will be expanded to include upcoming phases of the rebuild project including demolition, construction of the north and south approaches, and construction of the main span.
