PURPOSE OF MEMORANDUM To seek approval from the Finance & Administration Committee to present Contract No. J01B4600043, Rubrik Software Maintenance to the full MDTA Board at its next scheduled meeting. SUMMARY This contract is for the provision of Rubrik Software Maintenance. This contract will provide backup and recovery functions for MDTA’s file shares and applications. The required functionality is for disaster recovery, allowing MDTA to recover from any critical incident within the MDTA data centers. The software is essential to assist with meeting the business impact analysis that was performed as part of MDTA’s disaster recovery analysis. The total amount for this contract is $2,375,365.00 for a term of three (3) years. As this contract exceeds the MDTA’s delegated authority, the award of this contract would be pending approval at the soonest available BPW meeting. RECOMMENDATION(S) To obtain approval by the Finance & Administration Committee to present Contract No. J01B4600043, Rubrik Software Maintenance to the full MDTA Board at its next scheduled meeting.
