Enclosed are your materials for the Finance and Administration Committee Meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, the meeting information will be published on the MDTA’s website to allow members of the public to observe the meeting. As a reminder, the meeting will be livestreamed. Below please find the directions to log into the meeting: • Open the Microsoft Teams app on your MDTA issued iPad • Once in the app, go to the Microsoft Teams calendar • The Finance Committee meeting will appear on the calendar for the appropriate date • Click the button that says “Join” • Make sure you have your Video On and your Sound on Mute unless speaking • Your video will remain on the duration of the meeting.
