High Intensity Interval Training High intensity circuit training combines elements of strength, plyometrics and athletic training. By using movements like presses, squats and other mechanics, you improve your strength and mobility. High Intensity Interval training is designed to have you perform different workouts in a series of movements in grouped repetitions; you are able to use many muscle groups per set while also utilizing time and effort. Class included with Roos membership, just scan in. Drop-in fee only or free w/Roos membership. Tabata Drills This high-intensity training class uses 20-seconds-on / 10-seconds-off intervals to deliver an efficient, full-body workout. Each session blends strength training, athletic conditioning, and Pilates-inspired movement to build strength, endurance, and mobility.Exercises can be modified for different fitness levels, making this class both challenging and accessible. Ideal for participants looking to push past plateaus and stay motivated. Class included with Roos membership, just scan in. Drop-in fee only or free w/Roos membership. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
