After nearly 20 years of living with family, Sehr and Kashif decided to start looking for a home of their own. They searched for an existing property in the areas they loved but couldn’t find a home that ticked all the right boxes. Eight years earlier, they had purchased the neighbouring property of the home they had lived in for over two decades as an investment. I even created an Excel spreadsheet!” said Sehr. In the end, they chose to build with Clarendon Homes.
