Messages include links to online resources containing clinically validated educational content, videos, and interactive surveys. Topics include acute pain conditions, quality of life, emotional well-being, pain management strategies, health literacy, and peer stories designed to reinforce learning and build confidence. Care Companion: This cloud-based learning management system provides vetted educational content that is personalized by participants’ self- expressed priorities and interests, structured into easy-to-follow sections to promote independent education, learning, and self-management. Secure Data Collection and Reporting: Engagement and experience data are deidentified, analyzed, and reported back to the organization for ongoing quality improvement and program optimization.
