DAVID KAREL (DAVE) RYSTENBIL C’est avec tristesse que nous vous faisons part du décès de M. David Rystenbil de Russell, Ont., décédé le 15 janvier 2019, à l’âge de 72 ans. Il était le veuf de Mme Janneke Rystenbil. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Cornelis (Kristine), Nick (Ann), Lianne (Jeff) Tibben, Edward (Jenevive) et Jannet (Robert) Hanna; ses 14 petits-enfants et ainsi que son arrière-petite-fille. Sa famille et ses amis sont invités à Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 rue Bank (entre Scrivens Dr. et Metcalfe Corner) le vendredi 18 janvier de 2h à 4h et 7h à 9h. Le service aura lieu le samedi 19 janvier 2019 à 11h, à l’église Calvary Christian Reformed Church, situé au 3782 Russell Road à Ottawa. SCHÖNI, Hedwig (née Moser) On Thursday, January 17 th , 2019 in her 88th year, Hedwig Schöni passed away at the Montfort Hospital. She leaves behind her mourning children Rudy (Doris) Schöni, Martin Schöni, Peter (Maya) Schöni, Eva (Heini) Dändliker, Thomas (Irene) Schöni and Christine Schöni. Predeceased by her husband Rudolf, her twin infants (Fritz and Hedwig) and her sister Emma. Cherished “Grosi” by her 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She leaves behind extended family and friends in Canada and abroad. Her life journey led her from Oerlingen, Switzerland to Russell, Ontario in 1981 where she farmed alongside her husband. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Daley Funeral Family Home, 6971 Bank St. (Between Scrivens Dr. and Metcalfe Corner) onWednesday, January 30 th from 7-9 pm and Thursday, January 31 st from 10 am followed by a Service in the Chapel at 11am. Interment at North Russell Union Cemetery. Donations in memory of Hedwig to St. Andrews United Church in Russell or to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
